Our ITIL® 4 Foundation certification course introduces you to the Service Value System (SVS) which describes how all the components and activities of the organisation work together as a system to enable value creation. The ITIL SVS supports many work approaches, such as Agile, DevOps and Lean as well as traditional process and project management, with a flexible value-oriented operating model. The ITIL 4 Foundation level course provides delegates with an extensive introduction to the core concepts of ITIL v4 certification. We will help you understand the ITIL 4 principles and demonstrates how they can improve an individual’s work and the work of the organization.
This ITIL certification is open to anyone who has an interest in the subject. It is primarily aimed towards attendees who: Require a basic understanding of the ITIL Framework. Need an understanding of how ITIL can be used to enhance the quality of ITSM within a team. Work within a team that has adopted and adapted ITIL and need to be informed about, or contribute to, an ongoing service improvement program.
